TW: panic attacks
During the year of 2020, things were rough for me. I had a panic attack for the very first time, not knowing what it was. I just remember feeling like I was going to stop breathing. It was horrible and traumatizing because it led me to the hospital. Ever since then I haven't felt the same because I've been more anxious. Not only did that happen, but my childhood dog, Lucky, passed of old age a few days after Christmas. I just had a lot going on in life and I didn't feel as happy anymore after Lucky passed.
I spent my time focusing in school and spending time with Sharky, family and friends. Summer '21 came around and I found Buddy and adopted him. My family and I were hesitant at first because we weren't sure if he was going to get along with Sharky, but he did. It took 2 weeks for Sharky to get used to him. They grew closer, bonded, and they're just so crazy and funny together. They're the perfect match.
They made my life spark again and I love them so much. They are my happiness, inspiration, and they're so special to me. I became a crazy dog mom with hundreds of photos of my dogs in my gallery- still am! :P
I finally decided that I want to do something special for my dogs and that was creating a shop where pet parents out there can spoil their pets with accessories and treats because they are our best friends and we would do anything/everything for them!
They both inspired me to do different things. Sharky inspired me to create accessories because of how photogenic he is. When I was around 15, I've always wanted to make Sharky famous and create a clothing line for him, calling it "Sharky's Closet", but I felt too young and knew nothing about running a business.
Buddy is the reason why I love making dog treats. I was making chocolate chip cookies one night and he stayed by my side, waiting patiently THE WHOLE TIME because he thought I was making treats for him. I felt really bad and decided to look up a healthy recipe for dog treats and my dogs loved it!
My dream is coming true because Sharky and Buddy's little shop is expanding with more products! I love creating new products and unfortunately, I don't have a specific aesthetic that I like.. I have so many styles that interest me and I think that's a good thing because I can provide a variety that can suit almost everyone's aesthetic!
It hasn't been easy getting our name out there but we're still standing strong! We put lots of love and care into all we do and we're very excited to see your pets in our products!
